Cortes, Surigao del Sur made a delicious mark during the culinary presentation with Mrs. Tisay Galela of Brgy. Burgos proudly representing our town! 
We proudly introduced our newest signature dish โ Crispy Saang paired with seasoned vinegar, highlighting our rich coastal bounty. This was beautifully complemented by the homegrown sweetness of Special Banana Lusak, a tribute to our fertile agricultural lands. Also showcased were a variety of fresh seafood, a true taste of Cortesโ abundance.
The best part? Everything was devoured during the free taste session โ halos kulang pa!
