Typhoon TINO will affect the Caraga region tomorrow (Monday) until Tuesday.
Caraga Weather Overview
Typhoon TINO is a Tropical Storm (category 2)
It is possible that this storm will intensify until now
Typhoon (category 4) within 24 hours, before it landfall. This means possible wind signal #4 is the highest wind signal in areas that will be directly affected by this storm
It is estimated that this typhoon will landfall in the Caraga Region or in Eastern Visayas on Monday evening or on Tuesday morning
The initial landfall forecast in Eastern Samar or Dinagat Islands
There is a raised wind signal #1 in Dinagat Islands and in Siargao and Bucas Grande Islands
There is a high possibility that this wind signal will upgrade as this storm approaches the region – especially in PDI and SDN
There is a Weather Advisory for PDI, SDN, ADN and SDS. This means that a lot of rainwater (more than 50 mm) will be received in these provinces
